<br />¡~' <br />~. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />,.----- ~- <br /> <br />I ¿r _p 83'1 <br />Book.WJ' 'V-' <br /> <br />9910678 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE ?r, 1999 <br /> <br />BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN THE JURISDICTION <br />OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the 27th day of March, 1999 upon the <br /> <br />application of MMM-Invest, Inc. for the rezoning of certain real property described in the <br /> <br />attached Exhibit" A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to IC 37-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission made a favorable <br /> <br />recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for rezoning said real property from B-3 <br /> <br />(General Business) to R-3 (Multi Family); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent review of all matters pertaining <br /> <br />to the rezoning of the above described real property at a public meeting held June 1,1999, finds <br /> <br />that the requested zoning classification is appropriate, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification of R-3 (Multi <br /> <br />Family) along with the Restrictive Covenants proposed by the Petitioner, a copy of which is <br /> <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be approved and the zoning classification subject <br /> <br />to the attached Restl1ctions shall be approved and the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville and its zoning map shall reflect the zoning classification of R-3 (Multi Family) for <br /> <br />said real property described in the attached Exhibit" A" , <br /> <br />Effective as of the date of execution of this Ordinance, <br /> <br />Date: June IS, 1999 <br /> <br />Z{)d pl{Jlt <br />~e;le~ <br />-~ ;/ er~~ <br />~~/ <br /> <br />lOP') <br />JtJhll/ <br /> <br />¡J (/ /e,(/ <br />L- ClrfÆk <br /> <br />T;pq uJ;1~ <br />
