'\ ~, \\ t:::J \ \ t:::J \N ?,~.'"" ~,,~,,~" 0 ( ¡ Q Ie ~ land Surveying & Engineering . f DESCRIPTION OF A 30 FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT ACCROSS THE WESTERLY PORTION OF LOT D-2 A utility easement 30 feet in width, across the westerly portion of Lot D-2, in Flagstaff Business Park, Planned Unit Development- Industrial (formerly White Lick Park) as per plat thereof recorded in deed record 402, page 441, in the office of the recorder of Morgan County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing ,at a point which marks the southwest co=er of the above captioned Lot D-2; thence with the south line of said lot, North 86 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East, 57.06 feet, to the POINT OF BEGImnNG of the easement herein described; thence North 03 degrees 06 minutes 22 seconds West, 507.54 feet to a point on the north line of Lot D-2, also being the south line of Lot D-3 in Flagstaff Business Park, as per plat recorded in deed record 421, page 154, said point being North 86 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East, 57.52 feet from the northwest co=er of Lot D-2, and 62.33 feet from the southwest co=er of Lot D-3; thence North 86 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East, with the north line of Lot D-2, 30.00 feet; thence South 03 degrees 06 minutes 22 seconds East, with the east line of an existing drainage easement, 507.54 feet to a point on the south line of Lot D-2; thence South 86 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds West, with said south line 30.00 feet to the point of beginning.
