<br />'- <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The Town Council hereby confirms certain Findings made in the Preliminary <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution for Designation of Real Estate described above as an Economic Revitalization Area <br /> <br /> <br />and further the Finding of Fact made on this 18th day of May, 1999, copies of which are <br /> <br /> <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, and further finds that the described property is located <br /> <br /> <br />within the jurisdiction of the Mooresville Town Council for purposes set forth in IC 6-1.1-12.1. <br /> <br />2, That the Council has determined, based upon the information provided by the <br /> <br />applicant, that the site is undesirable for normal development and occupancy and that there are <br /> <br /> <br />factors which prevent a normal growth in efficient and normal use of subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />3. The improvement of the real estate described herein would be of public utility and <br /> <br /> <br />would benefit the welfare of all citizens and taxpayers of the Town of Mooresville. <br /> <br />4, The subject real estate is zoned Industrial and the proposed project would be in <br /> <br />conformity with the applicable zoning laws. <br />5. The designation of the subject property as an Economic Revitalization Area will <br /> <br />provide employment opportunities to residents of the Town of Mooresville. <br /> <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED that based upon the information provided in the <br /> <br /> <br />application the Town Council authorizes a six (6) year abatement of real estate property taxes <br /> <br /> <br />in accordance with IC 6-1.1-12.1-4 and a five (5) year abatement of personal property taxes in <br /> <br />conformity with Indiana Code. <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that by adoption of this Resolution, the Mooresville Town <br /> <br /> <br />Council does confirm its Preliminary Resolution approved May 4, 1999, <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 1999 by the Mooresville Town Council. <br />
