Hofinann, and Joe Biekman of the Mooresville Street Department. I have

voiced my concern of children, ranging in age 5 years to 13 years, walking on the

sidewalk within inches of vehicles traveling at a minimum of thirty miles an hour.

I feel the safety of children should be our first and foremost priority, therefore it is my

recommendation to reduce the posted speed limit to twenty-five this zone. I further

recommend that Mooresville adopt an ordinance reducing all "School Zones" to twenty-

five mile an hour zones.

Thank you for your help in this matter,

~""",,,,, .

'u
.'
~

-

.'

I Timothy
