Cooksey, of Morgan County, Indiana, the <br /> <br />owner of the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A", <br /> <br />which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and consents to a <br /> <br />voluntary annexation to the civil Town of Mooresville at some point <br /> <br />in the future in consideration for hooking on to the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville's sanitary sewer system. Gary L. Cooksey waives any <br /> <br />right to remonstrate against this annexation. <br /> <br />This Consent to <br /> <br />Annexation and waiver of right to remonstrate shall be binding on <br /> <br />the successors and assigns of Gary L.
