, ~ , ,'.. t TRACT 1: A part of the West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 12, Towl1ship 13 North, Range 1 East, Morgan County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit: Commencing on the centerline of Old State Highway #67 at the Southeast comer of Sundown Manor Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Deed Record 151, page 457, in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana; thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west along the South line of said subdivision 50 feet to the West right-of-way line of Old State Road #67; thence with a west right-of-way line, north 1 degree 50 minutes 00 seconds West 290.12 feet to the Southeast comer of a tract belonging to Lorena K. Norris, as per judgment recorded in Quiet Title Book 3, pag~203, in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana; thence west along the South line of said tract 75 feet to the East edge of Eastwood Drive as set forth in said plat; thence south along the East edge of said Eastwood Drive 290.12 feet to the south line of such Sundown Manor Subdivision; thence east along the South line of said subdivision 75 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.499 acres, more or less. TRACT 2: A part of the West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 13 North, Range 1 East, Morgan County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit: Commencing on the centerline of Old State Highway #67 at the Southeast comer of Sundown Manor Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Deed Record 151, page 457, in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana: thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west along the South line of said subdivision 50 feet to the West right-of-way line of Old State Road #67; thence with the West right-of-way line north 1 degree 50 minutes 00 seconds west 685.34 feet to the point of beginning of this description, said point also being the Southeast comer of the tract belonging to Donald L. Brock and Dorothy A. Brock described in Quiet Title Record 3, page 201, in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana; thence west 75 feet along the south line of such tract to the West line of Eastwood Drive as described in the description of Sundown Manor Subdivision which is heretofore set forth; thence south along the West line of said Eastwood Drive 125.11 feet to the intersection of Eastwood Drive with Centercoun. as set forth in the plat of Sundown Manor Subdivision; thence east along the North line of Centercourt 75 feet to the West right-of-way line of such Old State Highway #67; thence deflecting north and following the West right-of-way line of Old State Highway #67 225,11 feet to the point of beginning, containing in such tract 0.473 acres, more or less.
