<br />.~ <br />\~ <br /> <br />.-4 <br /> <br />9603285 <br /> <br />Book /3~ Page 249 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.1, 1996 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 17. 1995 CONCERNING THE <br />ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF THE OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE <br />CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE. INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the officers and employees for the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana, are entitled to hourly, monthly and annual <br /> <br />compensation; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, from time to time it is necessary to add new <br /> <br />positions to the Civil Town of Mooresville; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, from time to time it is necessary to adjust the <br /> <br />compensation and benefits paid to the employees of the Civil Town <br /> <br />of Mooresville; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town Council for the Civil Town of Mooresville is <br /> <br />responsible for acting in the best interest of the citizens for the <br /> <br />Civil Town of Mooresville and to take actions as it deems necessary <br /> <br />to properly perform the responsibilities as the governing agency <br /> <br />for the Civil Town of Mooresville; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the <br /> <br />Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that Ordinance 17, 1995 be <br /> <br />amended to add the following positions under the General Fund: <br /> <br />Claims Clerk - $22,700.00 per year <br />Assistant Claims Clerk - $17,500.00 per year <br /> <br />That Section V of Ordinance 17, 1995 be amended to delete on <br /> <br />page S, the last paragraph, the following, "each full time employee <br /> <br />shall receive $456.00 as a contribution by the Town of Mooresville <br /> <br />to the 457(k) Deferred Compensation Plan." That the Civil Town of <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Mooresville shall not pay $456.00 as a contribution on behalf of <br />
