Whaley is the duly elected Clerk/Treasurer for the Civil Town of Mooresville. 2. Ordinance 8 1993, a Special Ordinance Annexing Contiguous Territory to the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana was recorded in Book 124. Page 1l§.:;262 on October 26, 1993 in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana. 3. That the final legal description to the Ordinance was inadvertently left off although this legal description had been published and passed as an original part of this Ordinance and should be reflected in the recorded Ordinance. 4. That the attached Exhibit "A" is the legal description which should have been attached to Ordinance 8 1993 and the same should be re-recorded to reference Ordinance 8 1993. 5. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to induce the Recorder of Morgan County to record this Affidavit and legal description, shown in the attached Exhibit "A", and further reference that this legal description is a part of Ordinance 8 1993 and that this area is annexed to the Civil Town of Mooresville pursuant to Ordinance 8 1993. d~v /i' I,-,'P?c¿,., Ann A.
