I ORDINANCE NO. '1 ~/9í')~ , BEFORE THE MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL UPON THE APPLICATION OF: AMBASSADOR STEEL CORPORATION AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE UPON THE APPLICATION OF AMBASSADOR STEEL CORPORATION WHEREAS, a hearing was held the 27th day of April, 1995 with notice given as required by ordinance upon the application of Ambassador Steel Corporation, for rezoning of the following described land from its present classification of Agriculture to that of Planned unit Development - Industrial; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Town of Mooresville did recommend. approval of said rezoning, pursuant to the procedures and ordinance of the Town; and pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-608; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification of Planned unit Development - Industrial shall hereafter apply, and the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Mooresville is amended to show said zoning for the following described real estate located in the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana. A part of the Northwest Quarter and a part of the Northeast Quarter, Both of Section 13, Township 13 North, Range 1 East, Morgan County, Indiana; described as follows: Commencing at a Stone found at the Southeast corner of the above described Northwest Quarter of Section 13; thence with the South line of the Quarter South 87 deg. 12 min. 01 sec. West 307.23 feet to the centerline of the Conrail Railroad; thence along said centerline North 00 deg.03 min. 36 seconds West of 1654.90 feet to the true Point of Beginning of the tract herein described; I ì ¡ i I l Thence continuing along the centerline of said railroad North 00 deg. ~3 min. 36 sec.
