I 474 ¡'3íjl(r]~ \ .~.~ /Paige '7 RESOLUTION j-- 1995 RESOLUTION ADOPTING A WRITTEN FISCAL PLAN ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO AN ANNEXED AREA TO THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE WHEREAS, The civil Town of Mooresville desiyes to annex the area more particularly described in Ordinance 1995 and its attached exhibits; and WHEREAS, responsible planning and state statute requires adoption of a fiscal plan and definite policy for the provision of services to proposed annexation areas; and WHEREAS, such plan has been developed and presented to the Town Council of the civil Town of Mooresville, entitled "Fiscal Plan, Annexation 1, 1995"; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Town Council of the civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that: 1. The Town Council of the civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, hereby approves and adopts the Fiscal Plan, for Annexation 1, 1995, which plan is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and hereby approves and adopts these specific policies for the implementation of the plan as are detailed in the written fiscal plan; 2. That the monies necessary for the implementation of services as described and itemized in the attached fiscal plan shall be budgeted and appropriated from the applicable fund, pursuant to State law and the Town's budget; 3.
