I ORDINANCE NO. /l I> 1995 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 19 1994 CONCERNING THE ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF THE OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE. INDIANA WHEREAS, the officers and employees for the civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana are entitled to a fixed hourly, monthly and/or annual compensation; and WHEREAS, the compensation of the employees of the civil Town of Mooresville is fixed by an Ordinance passed by the Town Council and must be amended to meet changes that arise when new employees are hired; WHEREAS, it has become necessary for the Town to hire a new Economic Development Director; WHEREAS, the experience and familiarity with the Town are criteria along with other factors in determining a fair salary for the Economic Development Director; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that Ordinance No. 19 1994 be amended by deleting the salary set out in the original Ordinance for the Economic Development Director and adding the fOllowing section to replace the salary of the Economic Development Director: 1. That the Mooresville Economic Development Director shall be paid the sum of $32,320.00 per year from the General Fund and $10,680.00 per year from the Sewer Revenue Fund along with being furnished a leased vehicle and the Town shall be responsible for the related expenses for the vehicle such as insurance and license plates. All other provisions of Ordinance 19 1994 and amendments thereto shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect with the exception of the amendment set out in this Ordinance.
