<br />I <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />A. Interceptor Costs - Sewer costs external to a development. <br /> <br />B. Local Sewer Costs - Sewer costs within a development being <br />served. <br /> <br />C. Oversizinq Costs - The difference in material and labor costs <br />for oversizing local sewers that will be used as a part of <br />trunk sewers to serve other areas as outlined in section I (D) <br />and (E) which will be considered interceptor costs and shall <br />qualify for refunding. <br /> <br />D. Owner of Real Estate an individual, firm, company, <br />partnership, cooperation, governmental units, or charitable <br />and other non-profit organization holding legal title to real <br />estate. <br /> <br />SECTION VIII - ALLOCATION OF RECEIPTS <br /> <br />The Availability Costs provided in section I, and section III, <br /> <br />shall be collected by the Town of Mooresville and deposited to the <br /> <br />Sewage Collection Fund. <br /> <br />The Individual connection charges provided in section II and <br /> <br />section III shall be collected by the Town Clerk Treasurer and <br /> <br />deposited to the Plant Expansion and Improvement Fund. <br /> <br />SECTION IX ANNEXATION REMONSTRANCE RESTRICTION <br /> <br />All persons or corporations, theirs or its survivors, heirs, or <br /> <br />assigns who shall connect to any sewer main built pursuant to this <br /> <br />Chapter shall agree in writing prior to said connection, to waive <br /> <br />their or its rights to remonstrate against annexation by the Town <br /> <br />of Mooresville. <br /> <br />SECTION X - AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE <br /> <br />11 <br />
