<br />· <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />¿- /99<1 <br /> <br />BEFORE THE MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br /> <br />UPON THE APPLICATION OF: <br /> <br />DAVIS DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />IN RE: GRANDVIEW <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND <br />WITHIN THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br />UPON THE APPLICATION OF <br />DAVIS DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing was held on the 28th day of April, <br /> <br />1994, with notice given as required by ordinance upon the <br /> <br />application of Davis Development, for rezoning of the following <br /> <br />described land from its present classification of AG to that of <br /> <br />PUD-R, Planned Unit Development-Residential; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Town of Moores- <br /> <br />ville did recommend approval of said rezoning, pursuant to the <br /> <br />procedures and ordinances of the Town; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the zoning classif- <br /> <br />ication of PUD-R shall hereafter apply and the Zoning Ordinance <br /> <br />of the Town of Mooresville is amended to show said zoning for <br /> <br />the following described real estate located in the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 14 <br />North, Range 2 East, EXCEPT 20 rods off of the <br />entire West side thereof and EXCEPT FURTHER the <br />following described tract, to-wit: Beginning at the <br />Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter, thence <br />South 83 degrees West 19.07 chains along the road, <br />thence South 6.58 chains, thence North 83 degrees <br />East 10 chains, thence South 8.22 chains, thence <br />North 83 degrees East 9.07 chains, thence North <br />14.80 chains to the place of beginning, containing <br />20 acres, more or less, and containing, less said <br />two exceptions, 120 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Dated: J1a¡ I¿, /7'9</ <br /> <br /> <br />~~{~<~~.ß~ <br />ST BALLARD a/k/a SEVE W. <br />BALLARD <br /> <br />~.q~À£~~~ <br /> <br />,- ~ <br />(~LJ Zc., <br />RICHARD E.
