AND RUTH ANN PRESCOTT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held May 26, 1994 before the <br /> <br />Mooresville Plan Commission with proper notices being given on a <br /> <br />request for rezoning on the following described real property from <br /> <br />its current zoning classification of R-l to a zoning classification <br /> <br />of R-2; <br /> <br />to the zoning ordinance set out by Indiana Code; <br /> <br />Mooresville Town Council pursuant to the procedure for amendments <br /> <br />Mooresville recommended approval of said rezoning to the <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained that the zoning classification <br /> <br />of Mooresville and zoning maps for the Town of MooresVille shall be <br /> <br />of R-2 shall hereafter apply, and the zoning ordinance for the Town <br /> <br />amended to show said zoning for the fOllowing described real <br /> <br />property located in Mooresville, Indiana: <br /> <br />LOT NUMBER SEVEN (7) IN BLOCK NUMBER SIXTEEN (16) IN <br />SAMUEL MOORE'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF <br />MOORESVILLE. <br /> <br />ALSO, BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT NUMBER <br />EIGHT (8) IN BLOCK NUMBER SIXTEEN (16) IN SAMUEL MOORE'S <br />SECOND ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, RUNNING <br />THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE THEREOF 78 1/2 FEET, <br />THENCE EAST 17 FEET, THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH THE WEST <br />LINE OF SID LOT 78 12 FEET, THENCE WEST 17 FEET TO THE <br />PLACE OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />'7jþ1 <br />This rezoninq approved this ¿.' day of June, 1994. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br /> <br />1/)~ - / Q' I <br />,/' -, ' / / <br />II' I>//'I/U c. ,(~ /,(h, ./I...I,(] ¿i./ <br />Patricia J. verholser, President <br />
