<br /> (a) "l~e 1 lng" means any building, structure, or [~rt o[ a building or stnlcture

<br />that is c~cnpted as, or designed or intended for ~:culmncy as a resJflence hy one (l) or

<br /> (b) "Pamily" inchldes a single individual (I.C. 22-9.5-2-9), with the status of
<br />such rami ly [~-ing further defined in subsection (h) of this Section.

<br /> (c) "Person" ('[.C. 22-9.5-2-11) includes one (l) or n~)ce individuals,
<br />cot-[~rations, [>nrtnerships, associations, ].a~r organizations, legal representatives,
