WOOD, INC. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND <br />WITHIN THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br />UPON THE APPLICATION OF G. R. WOOD, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing was held June 28, 1990, with notice glven <br /> <br /> <br />as required by ordinance upon the application of G. R. Wood, <br /> <br /> <br />Inc., for rezoning of the following described land from its <br /> <br />present classification to that of Industrial 1; there being no <br /> <br /> <br />parties appearing in opposition, the Planning Commission of <br /> <br /> <br />Mooresville approved said rezoning. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Town of Mooresville <br /> <br />did unanimously approve <br />procedures and ordinances of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />rezoning, <br /> <br />pursuant <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />the Town; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />classification of Industrial I <br /> <br />ORDAINED <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />zoning <br />and the <br /> <br />shall hereafter apply, <br /> <br />Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Mooresville is amended to show <br /> <br />said zoning for the following described real estate located in <br /> <br />the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana: <br /> <br />Part of the Southeast Quarter and part of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Fourteen <br />(14) North, Range One (1) east of the Second Principal <br />Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described <br />as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING on the south line of <br />'Section Thirty-six (36) township and range aforesaid, <br />and Ten Hundred Forty-two and Six-tenths (1042.6) feet <br />east of the centerline of Old State Road #67 extended, <br />and on the east right-of-way line of the Indianapolis <br />and Vincennes Railroad, run thence easterly and on the <br />south 'line of said section a distance of Nine Hundred <br />Eighty-One and Six-Tenths (981.6) feet to the east line <br />of the west half of the west hal-fof the west half of <br />the Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty-Six (36); run <br />thence northerly on said east line a distance of Nine <br />Hundred Sixty-Two (962.0) feet to the south line of a <br />tract of land,as described in Deed Record 96, page 208; <br />run thence westerly on said south line extended a <br />distance of Sixty (60.0) feet to the southwest corner of <br />a Sixty (60.0) foot street; run thence northerly on the <br />west line of said 60 foot street a distance of Four <br />Hundred Forty-four and Eight-tenth (444.8) feet to the <br />southeast corner of the following described tract and <br />the beginning point of this description; continue thence <br />northerly on the west line of said 60 foot street a <br />distance of One-Hundred and Seventy-five and Nine- <br />tenths (175.9) feet to the south and east right-of- <br />(CONTINUED ON ATTACHMENT) <br />
