a ORDINANCE NO. ~ BEFORE THE TOWN BOARD OF MOORESVILLE IN RE THE APPLICATION OF: G, R. WOOD, INC. AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE UPON THE APPLICATION OF G. R. WOOD, INC. WHEREAS, a hearing was held June 28, 1990, with notice glven as required by ordinance upon the application of G. R. Wood, Inc., for rezoning of the following described land from its present classification to that of Industrial 1; there being no parties appearing in opposition, the Planning Commission of Mooresville approved said rezoning. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Town of Mooresville did unanimously approve procedures and ordinances of said rezoning, pursuant to the the Town; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT classification of Industrial I ORDAINED that the zoning and the shall hereafter apply, Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Mooresville is amended to show said zoning for the following described real estate located in the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana: Part of the Southeast Quarter and part of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range One (1) east of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING on the south line of 'Section Thirty-six (36) township and range aforesaid, and Ten Hundred Forty-two and Six-tenths (1042.6) feet east of the centerline of Old State Road #67 extended, and on the east right-of-way line of the Indianapolis and Vincennes Railroad, run thence easterly and on the south 'line of said section a distance of Nine Hundred Eighty-One and Six-Tenths (981.6) feet to the east line of the west half of the west hal-fof the west half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty-Six (36); run thence northerly on said east line a distance of Nine Hundred Sixty-Two (962.0) feet to the south line of a tract of land,as described in Deed Record 96, page 208; run thence westerly on said south line extended a distance of Sixty (60.0) feet to the southwest corner of a Sixty (60.0) foot street; run thence northerly on the west line of said 60 foot street a distance of Four Hundred Forty-four and Eight-tenth (444.8) feet to the southeast corner of the following described tract and the beginning point of this description; continue thence northerly on the west line of said 60 foot street a distance of One-Hundred and Seventy-five and Nine- tenths (175.9) feet to the south and east right-of- (CONTINUED ON ATTACHMENT)
