TOWN COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 7.//1'1/ A RESOLUTION OF THE MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL PLEDGING MONEY RECEIVED BY THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE TAX RECEIPTS FUND FOR THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TAX INCREMENT REVENUE BONDS OF 1991 AFTER THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH BONDS WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council (the "Council") has previously imposed the Mooresville Food and Beverage Tax (the "Food and Beverage Tax") pursuant to IC 6-9-27 (the "Act"); and WHEREAS, on July 2, 1991, the Mooresville Redevelopment commission (the "Commission") adopted and approved its Resolution entitled "A Preliminary Bond Resolution of the Town of Mooresville Redevelopment Commission Authorizing the Issuance of Tax Increment Revenue Bonds of the Mooresville Redevelopment District for the Purpose of Raising Money for Property Acquisition and Redevelopment in the Mooresville Allocation Area No.1," finding that in order to provide funds for payment of the costs of property acquisition and redevelopment in the previously declared Redevelopment Area, it will be necessary and in the best interests of the Mooresville Redevelopment District and the property and inhabitants thereof to issue bonds of the Mooresville Redevelopment District which shall be payable solely from taxes on real property located in the Mooresville Allocation Area No. I allocated and deposited in the Mooresville Allocation Area No. I Allocation Fund (the "Allocation Fund") pursuant to the provisions of IC 36-7-14-39 and proceeds from the sale or leasing of property in the Allocation Fund as required by IC 36-7-14-26 pursuant to IC 36-7-14, and any other legally available revenues of the commission, including revenues from the Mooresville Food and Beverage Tax under IC 6-9-27 in an
