I J !, 910055¿ BOOK / / I PAGE 421 V ORDINANCE f 1991 SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE WITHIN THE BUFFER ZONE SURROUNDING THE CITY OF MOORESVILLE WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission held a public hearing with reference to request upon application for rezoning by Dennis C. Gaddis and Karen G. Gaddis on December 27, 1990. " v WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission did recommend to the Board of Trustees of Civil Town of Mooresville that zoning class of said real estate hereinafter described be rezoned from present classification of A-l to proposed zoning classification of R-I and; WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Moores- ville does now accept the recommendation of the Mooresville Plan Commission and the same is now rezoned from A-I to R-I, such legal description being now particularly described as follows: A part of the Northwest quarter and a part of the Northeast quarter of Section 1, Township 13 North, Range I East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northwest quarter of said Section I; thence South 88 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West, on and along the South line of said Northwest quarter Section 349.4 feet to a point in the center of the Penn Central Railroad; thence North 00 degrees 10 minutes 19 seconds West, on and along the centerline of said railroad 1435.36 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence continue North 00 degrees 10 minutes 19 seconds West on and along said center- line 327.70 feet; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconù~ East 665.12 feet to a point approximately on the top of a ridge; the next (3) calls being on and along the approximate ridge; 1) thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, 131.17 feet; 2) thence South 04 degrees 03 minutes 32 seconds West 86.32 feet; 3) thence South 10 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 112.l3 feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 677.50 feet to the point of beginning, contain- ing 5.00 acres, more or less.
