Harris and Laurel A. Fancher, on the 30th <br /> <br />day of November, 1990, proper publication of notice and notice to <br /> <br />adjoining property owners having been given by the petitioners, <br /> <br />a meeting of the Town Council of the town of Mooresville having <br /> <br />been held in the Town Hall on Tuesday, December 18, 1990. <br /> <br />The following town board members being present: <br /> <br />Stephen A, <br /> <br />Edwards, Jack Forbes, Richard E. Heald, Patricia J. Overholser, <br /> <br />and Steve Ballard. <br /> <br />The following town board members being absent: <br /> <br />none. <br /> <br />A motion having been made by Richard Heald to vacate the <br /> <br />alley described below and seconded by Patricia Overholser the <br /> <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />A sixteen (16) foot wide alley being a part of Scott's <br />Addition and a part of Romine Addition to the Town of <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot Number 28 in <br />Scott's Addition to the Town of Mooresville, per plat <br />thereof recorded in Deed Record 67 page 273; thence West, <br />with the south line of said Lot Number 28 and Lot Number 29 <br />to the southeast corner of Lot Number 1 in Romine Addition, <br />per plat thereof as recorded in Deed Record 89 page 517; <br />thence continuing West, with the south line of said Lot <br />Number 1 to the southwest corner of said lot; thence with <br />the west line of Romine Addition, South sixteen (16) feet <br />to the northwest corner of Lot Number 2 in said addition; <br />thence with the north line of said Lot Number 2, East to <br />the north line of said Lot Number 2, East to the northeast <br />corner of Lot Number 2; thence n-brtherly to the point of <br />beginning and containing 0.06 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Be it therefore ordained that by vote of the Town Council of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana on the 18th day of December, 1990, the alley <br /> <br />described above is vacated and the south eight (8) feet of the alley <br /> <br />shall become and be made a part of the property of Steven L. <br />
