I ORDINANCE NO. -:;- , 1990. BEFORE THE TOWN BOARD OF MOORESVILLE IN RE: The application of Lowell O. Haltom and Delores J. Haltom WHEREAS, the hearing having been held before the Mooresville Planning Commission on May 24, 1990, pursuant to notice to the public and other interested persons; and, WHEREAS, an application having been presented by Lowell O. Haltom and Delores J. Haltom for the rezoning of the below described land from classification of LB (Local Business) to classification I (Industrial), and said application having been unanimously approved; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mooresville Town Board that the zoning ordinance be amended to provide that the below described land shall be included within the I (Industrial) district: A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North, Range 1 East of the Second Principal Meridian in Brown Township, Morgan County, Indiana, described by: Commencing at an iron rod over a stone found at the Southeast corner of said quarter section; thence South 89°09'50" West along the South line of said quarter section 2014.083 feet to an iron pipe found at the Southwest corner of a 11.35 acre tract owned by the Town of Mooresvi lIe, thence North 00024' II" West along the West line of said 11.35 acre tract 962.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said 11.35 acre tract (Southwest corner of 3.75 acre tract owned by the Town of Mooresville); thence continuing North 00024'11" West along the West line of said 3.75 acre tract 389.300 feet to the Northwest corner of said 3.75 acre tract and the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence continuing North 00°24'11" West 71.570 feet to the point of interesection with the Indiana State Highway Commission (ISHC) right of way line as delineated on Sheet No. 10 of ISHC Plans Project No. "F" 187 (11) dated 3-24-1959, said point of interesection indentified as P.L./280 feet right of Line "BB", (the next three courses are along said right of way line) thence North 10°05'34" East 204.650 feet to a point of intersection identified as Sta. 1947+25/115 feet right of Line "B-B"; thence North 47°07'31" East 52.203 feet to a point of intersection identified as Sta. 1947+75/100 feet right of Line "B-B"; thence North 63°49'30" East 324.143 feet; thence South 00°02'25" East 246.423 feet to a point in the North line of said 11.35 acre tract; (the next two courses are along the North and Westerly lines of said 11.35 acre tract) thence South 89°57'35" West 55.000 feet; thence South 21°24'35" East 220.000 feet to a point in the North line of said 3.75 acre tract; thence South 89°57'35" West along said North line 390.000 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 2.865 acres, more or less (124,816.783 square feet). commonly known as 199 S. State Road 67, Mooresville, Indiana and that said real estate shall be so designated on the zoning map and that said real estate be, and the same hereby is, zoned for I use.
