<br />I <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />-:;- <br /> <br />, 1990. <br /> <br />BEFORE THE TOWN BOARD OF MOORESVILLE <br /> <br />IN RE: <br /> <br />The application of <br />Lowell O. Haltom and Delores J. Haltom <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hearing having been held before the Mooresville <br /> <br />Planning Commission on May 24, 1990, pursuant to notice to <br /> <br />the public and other interested persons; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application having been presented by Lowell <br /> <br />O. Haltom and Delores J. Haltom for the rezoning of the below <br /> <br />described land from classification of LB (Local Business) <br /> <br />to classification I (Industrial), and said application having <br /> <br />been unanimously approved; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mooresville Town <br /> <br />Board that the zoning ordinance be amended to provide that <br /> <br />the below described land shall be included within the I (Industrial) <br /> <br />district: <br /> <br />A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 14 <br />North, Range 1 East of the Second Principal Meridian in <br />Brown Township, Morgan County, Indiana, described by: <br />Commencing at an iron rod over a stone found at the <br />Southeast corner of said quarter section; thence South <br />89°09'50" West along the South line of said quarter section <br />2014.083 feet to an iron pipe found at the Southwest corner <br />of a 11.35 acre tract owned by the Town of Mooresvi lIe, <br />thence North 00024' II" West along the West line of said <br />11.35 acre tract 962.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said <br />11.35 acre tract (Southwest corner of 3.75 acre tract owned <br />by the Town of Mooresville); thence continuing North <br />00024'11" West along the West line of said 3.75 acre tract <br />389.300 feet to the Northwest corner of said 3.75 acre tract <br />and the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence <br />continuing North 00°24'11" West 71.570 feet to the point of <br />interesection with the Indiana State Highway Commission <br />(ISHC) right of way line as delineated on Sheet No. 10 of <br />ISHC Plans Project No. "F" 187 (11) dated 3-24-1959, said <br />point of interesection indentified as P.L./280 feet right of <br />Line "BB", (the next three courses are along said right of <br />way line) thence North 10°05'34" East 204.650 feet to a <br />point of intersection identified as Sta. 1947+25/115 feet <br />right of Line "B-B"; thence North 47°07'31" East 52.203 feet <br />to a point of intersection identified as Sta. 1947+75/100 <br />feet right of Line "B-B"; thence North 63°49'30" East <br />324.143 feet; thence South 00°02'25" East 246.423 feet to a <br />point in the North line of said 11.35 acre tract; (the next <br />two courses are along the North and Westerly lines of said <br />11.35 acre tract) thence South 89°57'35" West 55.000 feet; <br />thence South 21°24'35" East 220.000 feet to a point in the <br />North line of said 3.75 acre tract; thence South 89°57'35" <br />West along said North line 390.000 feet to the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING, containing 2.865 acres, more or less (124,816.783 <br />square feet). <br /> <br />commonly known as 199 S. State Road 67, Mooresville, Indiana and <br /> <br /> <br />that said real estate shall be so designated on the zoning <br /> <br /> <br />map and that said real estate be, and the same hereby is, <br /> <br /> <br />zoned for I use. <br />
