<br />I <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.1, 1990 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18, 1989 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, state of Indiana, that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the officers and employees for the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana, are entitled to a fixed hourly, monthly, and <br /> <br />annual compensation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said compensation of the employees of said civil <br /> <br />town shall be fixed by an ordinance passed by the Town Council of <br /> <br />the civil Town of Mooresville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the compensation of such employees may be changed by <br /> <br />an ordinance of the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />as conditions and circumstances require a change or changes; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it becomes necessary for the town to hire additional <br /> <br />employees to take care of the necessary functions and duties <br /> <br />required of the town government or to create new positions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the <br /> <br />Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that the salaries and wages <br /> <br />for the following named employees of the Town of Mooresville shall <br /> <br />henceforth be as follows: <br /> <br />section I. <br /> <br />Division Fire Chief - $24,697.00 per year plus longevity pay <br /> <br />Administrative Fire Chief - $24,697.00 per year plus <br /> <br />longevity pay <br /> <br />That the position of Fire Chief and Fire Inspector previously <br /> <br />itemized under Ordinance No. 18, 1989 shall be deleted. <br /> <br />That all other provisions of Ordinance No. 18, 1989 shall <br /> <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana, this 2nd day of January, 1990. <br /> <br />~- <br /> <br />TOWN COUNCIL <br />CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br /> <br />~lhv¿lV <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
