If , 1990 WHEREAS, the boundary of the Civil Town of Mooresville, in the following attached exhibits; WHEREAS, the Civil Town of ~1()orcsville has been given the authority pursuant to Indiana Code to annex certain real property; WHEREFORE, the ~own finds that the statutory requirements are met; WHEREFORE, the Town has adopted a fiscal plan for serving such territory being annexed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by .he Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana: Section 1. That the following described land be, and the same is, hereby annexed to and declared a part uf the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, to-wit: All property more particularly described in the attached Exhibit flAil, P¿ll't~:; 1 - wjeh the attached Exhibit ")\" being incorporated and made a part of this ordinance, Section 2. Be it further ordained that the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville shall be, and the same are, hereby declared to be extended so as to include all of the real estate hereinabove described in the attached Exhibit "A", Pètts 1 - as part of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Jndiana. Section 3. ~. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publIcation in accordance with the law.
