ORDINANCE NO. V oJ , 1987 SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission held a public hearing with reference to an "Application for Rezoning", filed by Fred W. and Charlotte A. Redeker, husband and wife, on May 28, 1987, and WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission did recommend to the . Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that the zoning classification of the real estate sub- ject to said petition (hereinafter described) be rezoned from its present zoning classification of local business (LB) to proposed zoning classification of general business (GB), and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, does now accept the recommendation of the Mooresville Plan Commission and the same is now rezoned in accor- dance with the petition of said owners from local business (LB) to general business (GB), such legal description being more par- ticularly described as follows: Part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter and part of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North, Range I East of the Second principal Meridian, in the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at an Iron Pipe set at the Southeast corner of Lot No.3 in Block 52 in Moore's 4th Addition to the Town of Mooresville, said pipe being on the North line of South Street and 1002.5 feet East of the centerline of South Indiana Street (note: Samuel Moore's layout of Mooresville - all measurements East and West shall be made from the cen- terline of Indiana Street and all measurements North and South shall be made from the centerline of Main Street); run thence from the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 2 easterly on the North line of South Street extended a distance of 105.25 feet to the center of the rails of the Penn-Central Railroad; run thence in a northeasterly direction in the center of said rails a distance of 620.78 feet to the South line of High Street, said point being 123.90 feet East of the Northeast corner of Lot No.1 in Block 32 in Moore's 3rd Addition to the Town of Mooresville (the Northeast corner of said Lot No.1 is 1015.0 feet East of the centerline of Indiana Street); from the center of said railroad run thence westerly on the South line of High Street a distance of 111.90 feet to the Northeast corner of a tract given in Deed Record 210, Page 449 in the Records of Morgan County; run thence southerly and parallel to the East line of said Lot -l-
