<br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE
<br />TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA

<br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission held a public hearing
<br />
<br />with reference to an "Application for Rezoning", filed by the
<br />
<br />V
<br />Mooresville Plan Commission and Catherine Baker House, on May 6, 1987,
<br />
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission did recommend to the
<br />
<br />Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana,
<br />
<br />that the zoning classification of the real estate subject to said petition
<br />
<br />(hereinafter descríbed) be rezoned from its present zoning classification
<br />
<br />of A-Single Family Dwelling to the proposed zoning classification of
<br />
<br />general business (GB), and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Morgan
<br />
<br />County, Indiana, does now accept the recommendation of the Mooresville
<br />
<br />Plan Commission and the same is now rezoned in accordance with the petition
<br />
<br />of said owners from A-Single Family Dwelling (A) to general business (GB),
<br />
<br />such legal description being more particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot number six (6) and ten (10) feet, of even width off
<br />the entire West side of Lot number five (5), all in Block
<br />Number three (3) in the Original Plat of the Town of
<br />Mooresville.
