I ORDINANCE NO, 5~1 "Jf~ 1986 SPECIAl" ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA WHEREAS, the MooTesville Plan Commission held a public hearing qn May 22, 1986, wHh reference to a "Application for Rezoning" filed by William Overholser and Patricia J. Overholser, and WHEREAS, the Mooresvil1.e Plan Commission havin£ jurisdiction over the subject real estate has recommended to the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana that the Application for Rezoning as filed by said applic.ants be rezoned from ;. ts present elassification·'A-Medium Density ResídeI1ti~l to LB-Local Business, and WHEREAS, the Board of Tru~tees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Ind;ane now acr:epts the recommefldat ion of the Moot:'esvil] e Plan Comrnis~ion anè the following real estate located within the jurisdiction of the Mooresville Plan CQmmission is hereby rezoned to zoning classification LB-Local Business, Surh real estate more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning 90.3 feet east of the Southeast corner of Lot 2, in Block 56, in Moore's Fonrth Add it ion to the Town of Mooresvi lle, Indiana, on the North line of South Street extended, run thence easterly on the extension of said North line a distance of 138aO feet, run thence nOTtherl v ann parallel to t he East 1 ine of tot 2 for 50,0 feet to an iron pipe, run thence easterly and parallel to the North line of South Street on the South line of a 0.4085 acre tract for 79.05 feet to an iTon nipe; deflect right 7701~' and run thence southeasterly for 51.65 feet to an iron pipe on the North line of SOl1th Street; run thence easterly on the extension of said North line a distance of 30.8 feet to an iron stake; deflect northwesterly and Tun on the right-of-way line of State Highway 144 for 103.8 feet to an iron stake; deflect right 20059' and run on ri§ht-of-way line for 90.3 feet to a right-of-way marker; deflect 79 0' and run on said right-of-way line for 81.05 feet to an iron pipe; defl ect left 8°21' on the South line of the 20' alley extended for 222.43'; thence run southerly 150 feet on the East line of said Lot 2 to an iron pipe; run thenc.e easterly and parallel to the North line of South StrAet ext&o>nded a rlistanr:e of 90.3 feet; rup thencE" southerly and parallel to the E~st line of Lot 2 a distance of 50' to the place of beginning.
