RESOLUTION NO. 1 - 1986 A request to the Town of tlooresville to extend park and recreation services to the unincorporated area of Brown Township, Morgan County, Indiana, having been filed with ~he Town of Mooresville Department of Parks and Recreation and a public hearing having been held on March 10, 1986, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-10-3-34, and the Town of Mooresville Department of Parks and Recreation having heard evidence on said petition and discussed the same now makes the following resolution: BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mooresville Department of Parks and Recreation that the petition filed by certain residents of the unincorporated area of Brown Township requesting the Town of Mooresvil1e to extend its park and recreation service to that unincorporated area of Brown Township is approved by the Mooresville Park and Recreation Department and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mooresville Park and Recreation Department recommends to the }woresvíl1e Town Board of Trustees an ordinance accomplishing the objectives set out in said petition, more particularly to extend the park district to include the unincorporated area of Brown Township joining it with the Mooresville Park and Recreation Depart~ent to further develop the park facilities for both areas under the supervision of the Mooresville Park and Recreation Department.
