PAG.I!. <br /> <br />" " ') <br />....i.ù <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />~ 1985 <br /> <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA <br /> <br />J <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission held a public hearing on May 23, <br /> <br />oJ <br />1985, with reference to an application for rezoning filed by Arvin Hopkins and <br />J <br />Mary Lou Hopkins and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan <br /> <br />Commission having jUri:1iction over the <br /> <br />to the Trustees of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />subject real estate has recommended <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana that the application for rezoning as filed as said applicants <br /> <br />be rezoned from its present classification as local business to general business, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, <br /> <br />now accepts the recommendation of the Mooresville Plan Commission and the following <br /> <br />real estate located within the jurisdiction of the Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> <br />is hereby rezoned to a zoning classification of (GB) General Business. Such <br /> <br />real estate located in Morgan County, State of Indiana is more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township <br />14 North, Range 1 East of the Second Prinicpal Meridian, <br />Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Beginning on the south line of Section 26, township and <br />range aforesaid 397.0 feet west of a stone at the south- <br />east corner thereof, and in the center of State Highway R E eEl V ED <br />267, deflect 57 degrees 24 minutes right and run thence ¡:or-:.
