I' - ORDINANCE NO. )Ö 1985 SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL -ESTATE IN MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission held a public hearing with reference to an application for rezoning filed by Hart N. Hasten and Mark ".i Hasten (an'Indiana partnership), and WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission having jurisdiction over the subject real estate has recommended to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana that the application for rezoning as filed by said applicants be rezoned from its present classification LB-Local Business to B-Multiple Family Dwelling, and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana now accepts the recommendation of the Mooresville Plan Commission and the following real estate located within the jurisdiction of the Mooresville Plan Commission is hereby rezoned to zoning classification B~Multiple Family Dwelling.
