I \v'ù , 003272 BOOK~~AGE1J5 WARRANTY DEED .J This Indenture Witnesseth that PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF INDIANA, INC., an Indiana corporation having its principal (Grantor), CONVEYS AND WARRANTS unto Hendricks County, Indiana the JCITY OF "MOORESVILLE office in the Town of Plainfield, in (Grantee), for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valu- able consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl- edged, the REAL ESTATE in Morgan County, in the State of Indiana, described as follows, to-wit: A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North, of Range 1 East, more par- ticularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point which is 28.34 chains South and 50 links West of the Northwest corner of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 36, thence East fol- lowing the North line of the Cemetery 100 feet, thence North 200 feet, thence West 100 feet, thence South 200 feet to the place of beginning, all as recorded on July 31, 1929 in Record 101, Page 26 in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana. EXCEPTING and RESERVING unto Grantor certain easements and rights as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
