I Beginning at a corner of land now or formerly of the Estate of Mary Ida Fogleman, deceased, at the distance of Thirty-three feet (33') westwardly, at right angles from the center line of the main track of railroad of The Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Railroad Company, known as the Vincennes Branch, said place of beginning being also at the distance of Ninety-eight feet (98') measured southwardly on a line parallel with and Thirty-three (33') westwardly, at right angles from said center line of main tract from the southerly corporation line of said Town of Mooresville; Extending from said place of beginning, the following six courses and distance: (1) Westwardly¿ making an interior angle of Ninety-three degrees Three minutes (93 03') with sixth or closing course herein, by said land now or formerly of the Estate of Mary Ida Fogleman, deceased, Seventy-seven feet (77') to a corner; (2) Northwardly, partly by the last-mentioned land and partly by land of other owners, making an interior angle of Eighty-six degrees Fifty-seven minutes (86057') with the last-described course crossing said corporation line, Three Hundred Forty-eight and Twenty-two one-hundredths feet (348.22') to the center line of South Street (Sixty feet (60') wide); (3) Eastwardly, along the same, making an interior angle of Ninety-three degrees Three minutes (93003') with the last-described course, Twenty feet (20'); the following three courses and distances being by remaining land of said Railroad Company; (4) Southwardly, making an interior angle of Eighty-six degrees Fifty-seven minutes (86057') with the last described course, Two Hundred Thirty and Twenty-two one-hundredths feet (230.22'): (5) Eastwardly, making an interior angle of Two Hundred Seventy-three degrees Three minutes (273003') with the last-described course, Fifty- seven (57') to a point distant Thirty-three feet (33') westwardly, at right angles from said center line of main track; and (6) Southwardly, making an interior angle of Eighty-six degrees Fifty-seven minutes (86057') with the last-described course, re-crossing said corporation line, parallel with said center line of main track, One Hundred Eighteen feet (118') to the place of beginning. AND ALSO, The following described parcel, part of which being included in the previously described parcel: Part of the East One-half of the Southwest One-quarter (E 1/2 SW 1/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range One (I) East of the Second Principal Heridian (2nd P.H.), bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the point of intersection of the westerly line of the right-of-way of The Vandalia Railroad Company, formerly known as the Indianapolis and Vincennes Railroad Company, with the South corporation line of the Town of J>1ooresville, Township and Range aforesiad, and running thence West along said South corporation line a distance of One Hundred Sixty feet (160'); run thence southerly and parallel with said West line of said right-of-way a distance of Three Hundred Fifty feet (350'); run thence easterly and parallel to said South corporation line a distance of One Hundred Sixty feet (160') to said right-of-way line; run thence northerly along said right-of-way line a distance of Three Hundred Fifty feet (350') to- the place of beginning.
