r ORDINANCE NO. l-- - 1984 SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has held a public hearing relative to a petition for rezoning filed by G.R. Wood, Inc., which petition was docketed as Plan Commission Docket No. 2-1984 and WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has recommended to the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that the petition of G.R. Wood, Inc. be approved to rezone the following described real property from its current classification of GB, General Business to I, Industrial Part of the West half of the Southeast quarter and part of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North, Range 1 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana bounded and described as follows, to-wit: From an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of the West half of the West half of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township and range aforesaid, run thence northerly on the East line of said West half a distance of 955.39 feet; run thence S. 82 degrees 27' 33" W on the North line of a 50.0 foot road a distance of 310.52 feet to the Southwest corner of Tract No.1, containing 1.08 acres, which is also the BEGINNING POINT of this description: From said beginning point continue thence S 82 degrees 27' 33" W on the North line of said road a distance of 290.5 feet; run thence N 31 degrees 40'30" W a distance of 171.11 feet to the South line of Freeman Florist; run thence N 58 degrees 19' 30" E on said South line a distance of 443.96 feet to the Northwest corner of Tract No.2, containing 1.20 acres; run thence S 00 degrees 00' on the West lines of Tract No, 2 and Tract No.1 a distance of 340.63 feet to the beginning point, contai ning 2.002 acres, more or less. WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, having considered the petition and recommendation of Mooresville Plan Commission, and having had a public hearing on the same NOW ORDERS AND ORDAINS that such real estate is now rezoned from its present classification of GB, General Business to I, Industrial, such real estate as described in the aforementioned legal description contained herein, being the real estate as described in the notice of public hearing being approximately 2.002 acres, more or less.
