<br />r <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. l-- - 1984 <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has held a public hearing relative <br /> <br />to a petition for rezoning filed by G.R. Wood, Inc., which petition was docketed <br /> <br />as Plan Commission Docket No. 2-1984 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has recommended to the Board of <br /> <br />Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that the petition of G.R. <br /> <br />Wood, Inc. be approved to rezone the following described real property from its <br /> <br />current classification of GB, General Business to I, Industrial <br /> <br />Part of the West half of the Southeast quarter and part of <br />the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section 36, Township 14 <br />North, Range 1 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan <br />County, Indiana bounded and described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />From an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of the West half <br />of the West half of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township <br />and range aforesaid, run thence northerly on the East line of <br />said West half a distance of 955.39 feet; run thence S. 82 <br />degrees 27' 33" W on the North line of a 50.0 foot road a distance <br />of 310.52 feet to the Southwest corner of Tract No.1, <br />containing 1.08 acres, which is also the BEGINNING POINT of this <br />description: From said beginning point continue thence S 82 <br />degrees 27' 33" W on the North line of said road a distance of <br />290.5 feet; run thence N 31 degrees 40'30" W a distance of <br />171.11 feet to the South line of Freeman Florist; run thence N 58 <br />degrees 19' 30" E on said South line a distance of 443.96 feet to <br />the Northwest corner of Tract No.2, containing 1.20 acres; run <br />thence S 00 degrees 00' on the West lines of Tract No, 2 and Tract <br />No.1 a distance of 340.63 feet to the beginning point, contai <br />ning 2.002 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, having <br /> <br />considered the petition and recommendation of Mooresville Plan Commission, and <br /> <br />having had a public hearing on the same <br /> <br />NOW ORDERS AND ORDAINS that such real estate is now rezoned from its present <br /> <br />classification of GB, General Business to I, Industrial, such real estate as <br /> <br />described in the aforementioned legal description contained herein, being the <br /> <br />real estate as described in the notice of public hearing being approximately <br /> <br />2.002 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />This ordinance passed this 7th day of February, 1984. <br /> <br />BOARD OF TRUSTEES, <br />CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />j¿)~!ÎI1ÂJ¡:' (/ <br />ht-[u'UJ ¡ , (( ¡,lei, <br />, /? ) <br />/.
