<br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1-1983 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Civil Town of Mooresville has been granted permission <br /> <br />by the State Board of Tax Commissioners to incur a public indebtedness in <br /> <br />the amount of $135,000.00 for funds to be applied on the cost of construction <br /> <br />and reconstruction of certain roads within the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Indiana; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Town to have certain signatories appointed <br /> <br />in order that these signatories representing the Town can sign the loan agreement <br /> <br />to be entered into between the Civil Town of Mooresville and Citizens Bank of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana who was awarded the bid on this project pursuant to statute. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to motion duly made and unanimously accepted <br /> <br />at the Town Board meeting of October 4, 1983 that Janet Hood and Stephen A. <br /> <br />Edwards be named as and designated as the representatives of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville and granted the authority to sign all documents ~ecessary for the <br /> <br />Civil Town of Mooresville to enter into the loan agreement pursuant to the <br /> <br />written bid of the Citizens Bank of Mooresville, Indiana for the amount of <br /> <br />$135,000.00 pursuant to the terms agreed upon by the Town Board of the Civil <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana. <br /> <br />BOARD OF TRUSTEES, <br />CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> <br />J~ a Bb~g <br /> <br /> <br />(-.- <br /> <br />ATTEF'Ï ¡vi / <br />'~IÞ rf ~!-IJ <br /> <br />Janet/! d; Clerk-;treasurer <br />,Ii <br />, <br />
