<br />Section VI, Conflicts Repealed. <br /> <br />All ordinance or portions of ordinances in conflict <br /> <br />with the terms and provisions contained herein are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section VII, Penalties, <br /> <br />Any individual, partnership, limited partnership, corpora- <br /> <br />tion (profit or non-profit) or other business entity who violates <br /> <br />any provision of this ordinance or who disobeys, neglects or refuses <br /> <br />to comply with the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished <br /> <br />by a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500,00), nor more <br /> <br /> <br />that One Thousand Dollars ($I,OOO,OO) for each offense.
