<br />Mooresville, Morgan County,
<br />
<br />Indiana,
<br />
<br />that:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of
<br />
<br />Mooresville, Indiana, are presently maintaining the following des-
<br />
<br />cribed public roads in the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all of such roadways are contiguous territory
<br />
<br />to the corporate limits of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana,
<br />
<br />it is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the following described sec-
<br />
<br />tions of the designated public roads are hereby annexed to the Civil
<br />
<br />Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, which are more parti-
<br />
<br />cularly described as follows, to-wit:
<br />
<br />1. INDIANAPOLIS ROAD
<br />
<br />Part of the East half of Section 25, Township
<br />14 North, Range 1 East, being the old Indiana-
<br />polis Road from the present corporation limits
<br />of the Town of Mooresville extending northerly
<br />to the Morgan-Hendricks County line, containing
<br />the existing right-of-way on each side of the
<br />following described centerline:
<br />Beginning at the centerline intersection of old
<br />Indianapolis Road and Carlisle Street, run thence
<br />northerly a distance of 4750 feet, more or less,
<br />to the Morgan-Hendricks County line.

<br />2. BRIDGE STREET
<br />
<br />Part of Section 25, Township 14 North, Range 1
<br />East and part of Section 30, Township 14 North,
<br />Range 1 East and part of Section 36, Township
<br />13 North, Range 2 East and part of Section 31,
<br />Township 13 North, Range 2 East, being Bridge
<br />Street from the present corporation limits of the
<br />Town of Mooresville extending easterly to the west
<br />right-of-way of State Road 67, containing the exist-
<br />ing right-of-way on each side of the following des-
<br />cribed centerline:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of
<br />Bridge Street and the East corporation limits of
<br />the Town of Mooresville, run thence easterly on
<br />the centerline of pavement a distance of 1950 feet,
<br />more or less, to the west right-of-way line of
<br />State Road 67.
