ORDINANCB NO. ~ 1979 ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY TO THE TOWN OF MOORBSVILLB, MORGAN COUNTY, INDI~NA~ BE IT ORDAINED, by the Civil Town of Mooresville, Mor-, gan County, Indiana, that, WHEREAS" the owners of the following described real estate Thomas J. Kough and Deanna K. Kough, husband and wife, have agreed to the annexation of their said real estate, whiCh agreement was presented to the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Moores- ville. Indiana, at the Board's regular meeting on May 1, 1979, and WHEREAS, said real estate, hereinafter described, is presently receiving governmental and proprietary services, or has available to it for its use, such governmental and proprietary ser- vices. equivalent in standard and scope to the governmental and pro- prietary services furnished by the Town of Mooresvilla, Indiana to other ~reas of the Town now presently in~~rpnrated within the Town 1 im its, ar. d WHEREAS, said real estate is contig11ous t,o the existing corporate boundaries of the Town of Mooresville. Morgan County, Ind- iana, it is hereby ORDBRBD AND ORDAINED that the tollowing tract is hereby annexed to the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morqan County, Indiana, such real estate beinq all situated in Morqan County, State ot Indiana, to-wit: A part of the South Half of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 25, Township 14 North, Range 1 East, Morgan County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said tract, and in the center of the Public Highway; thence West on the North line thereof 230 feet; thence South parallel to the Bast line thereof IOO feet: thence East parallel to the North line thereof 230 feet to the East line thereof; thence North on said East line 100 feet to the place of beginning.
