GENERAL ORDINANCE NO. /',( 1979 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING GENERAL ORDINANCE NO. 23, 1978, ADOPTED ON THE 19th DAY OF DECEMBER, 1978, AND ENTITLED "ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF THE OF- FICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that: Ordinance 23, 1978, adopted on the 19th day of Decem- ber, 1978, is hereby amended as follows: 1. Section I is amended by inserting the following. Radio operators who work over forty (40) hours a week shall be compensated with pay at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) to one (1), For everyone hour of overtime, the employee shall be paid one and one-half (1-1/2) hours wages or an amount of $4.43 per hour 2. Section II is amended by inserting the following. The street commissioner working over forty (40) hours a week shall be compensated with pay at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) to one (1). For everyone hour of overtime, the street comrnis- sioner shall be paid one and one-half (1-1/2) hours wages or an amount of. $8.71 per hour The assistant street commissioner working over forty (40) hours a week shall be compensated with pay at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) to one (1) . For everyone hour of overtime, the ass is- tant street commissioner shall be paid one and one-half (1-1/2) hours wages or an amount of .$7.05 per hour 3. Section IV is amended by inserting the following.
