I ., . ~ ....."':' ," I I ORDINANCE NO, 3, 1979 ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A 4-WAY STOP INTERSECTION AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE ALLEY CONNECTING WEST SOUTH STREET WITH WEST HIGH STREET, WHERE SUCH ALLEY INTERSECTS WITH AN ALLEY RUNNING IN AN EASTERLY AND WESTERLY DIRECTION, BEING THE FIRST 4-WAY INTERSECTION WEST OF SOUTH INDIANA STREET BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that: By the powers vested in the said Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, by the Acts of the State of Indiana (Acts. 1965, Ch. 129 and all amendments thereto), it is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that: WliEREAS, it is necessary to control the flow of traffic in the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that an ordinance be adopted establishing at the intersection of the alley connecting West South Street with West High Street, where such alley intersects with an alley running in an easterly and westerly direction, as a 4-way stop intersection. It is hereby ORDERED and ORDAINED that an ordinance be adopted establishing at the aforesaid intersection a 4-way stop intersection and to provide for the erection of stop signs at such intersection for the control of traffic entering therein. Section 1. It is hereby ORDERED and ORDAIT'JI":D that the intersection wherein the alley which connects or intersects with West South Street and West High Street and being the first 4-way intersection west of South Indiana Street in the Town of ~ooresvillc, Indiana, be, and hereby is established as a 4-~'ay stop intprsection. It is further ORDERED and ORDAINED that the driver of a motor vehicle entering said intersection shall stop in obedience to stop signs erected at said intersection for the control of traffic and shall
