<br />- SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE
<br />TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has held a
<br />
<br />public hearing relative to a petition for rezoning with reference
<br />
<br />to church property located at 310 South Street, Mooresville,
<br />
<br />Indiana, which petition was docketed as Plan Commission
<br />
<br />Docket#2-1979, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has recommended
<br />
<br />the rezoning of said property, the Board of Trustees of the Civil
<br />
<br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana, now accepts such recommendation of
<br />
<br />the Mooresville Plan Commission and the following described real
<br />
<br />estate located in the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County,
<br />
<br />Indiana, is now rezoned to zoning classification "LBI1 Local Business,
<br />
<br />such real estate being described as follows:
<br />
<br />Part of the South quarter of Section 36, Township 14
<br />North, Range 1 East, described as follows, to-wit:
<br />Beginning at a point 218,6 feet east of the South
<br />East corner of Lot Number 2 in Block Number 56 in
<br />Moore's Fourth Addition of the Town of Mooresville,
<br />and on the North line of South Street in said Town,
<br />and running thence North 50 feet, thence East 88.75
<br />feet to the east line of the real estate of the
<br />Grantor herein, thence South 20 3/4 degrees East
<br />51,65 feet to the South East corner of the Real Estate
<br />of said Grantor, being the North line of South
<br />Street aforesaid, thence West 100 feet to the
<br />place of beginning, containing .11 of an acre, more
<br />or less.
<br />
<br />This ordinance adopted this 1st day of May, 1979.
