"The Police Chief, as Administrative Executive of the <br /> Department, shall not be entitled to paid overtime but <br /> instead shall receive compensatory time off at the rate of 1 <br /> to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he shall <br /> receive 1 hour of compensatory time off which shall accrue <br /> annually and be used annually with all compensatory time <br /> that has not been used by December 31 of the calendar year <br /> to be forfeited. The office of Captain or any officer <br /> designated an Assistant Chief or Administrative Officer <br /> shall not be exempt from Fair Labor Standards overtime and <br /> shall be treated as other officers receiving overtime as <br /> stated in this Section. " <br /> SECTION II . TOWN ADMINISTRATIVE <br /> The Section pertaining to the Clerk/Treasurer and the full- <br /> time Clerks is amended only as to the Section pertaining to the <br /> percentage they shall receive paid from their yearly salary by <br /> the Town to the Public Employee Retirement Fund previously shown <br /> as 14 . 5% and amended to read 13% of their yearly salary paid by <br /> the Town to the Public Employee Retirement Fund. <br /> SECTION VI . STORMWATER DEPARTMENT <br /> The Section pertaining to the percentage full-time employees <br /> shall receive paid from their yearly salary by the Town to the <br /> Public Employee Retirement Fund previously shown as 14 . 5% is <br /> amended to read 13% of their yearly salary paid by the Town to <br /> the Public Employee Retirement Fund.
