" "Full-Time employees shall receive a benefit of 130 of their salary paid by the Town to Public Employee Retirement Fund. " SECTION X. OVERTIME This Section shall be amended as follows: "All employees of the Town that are not elected officials and not excluded as exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act shall receive overtime compensation . Overtime shall be defined as hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week or as calculated for Fire Fighters pursuant to their work cycle. Overtime compensation shall be paid at the rate of hours of wages for every 1 hour in excess of 40 hours of work per week. Overtime for Police and Fire Fighters shall be paid pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act as applicable to these non-exempt Police and Fire Fighters . It is the intent of this Ordinance that it be compliant with the Fair Labor Standards Act . " "Mileage will he paid at $0 . 485 per mile driven by designated employees for Town business only. " SECTION XII . OTHER BENEFITS This Section shall be amended specifically as to the paragraph pertaining to the effective date of the Ordinance which shall now be as follows : "This Ordinance shall become effective for pay periods starting December 15, 2012 and shall continue in full force and effect until December 13, 2013 unless amended. Any Ordinance or parts of Ordinances conflicting with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. " It is the intent that: the above Amendments shall affect only those specific parts of Ordinance 15, 2012 that have been amended herein and all remaining parts of each Section shall be enforced as written.
