~ ORDINANCE NO. , 1977 r~ AN ORDINANCE REPEALING IN PART ORDINANCE NO. 10, 1976, RE: NO PARKING PROVISIONS ON THE EXTERIOR OF A CUL-DE-SAC AT THE TERMINATION OF FAIRWOOD COURT . The Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, does hereby ORDAIN as follows: WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, did on the 16th day of November, 1976, pass an ordinance establishing no parking areas on certain designated streets therein set forth, including therein a no parking provision on the exterior of the cul-de-sac at the termination of Fairwood Court in Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, and WHEREAS, said ordinance has been in effect since its passage and publication, and the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Moores- ville has again conducted a study for the nO parking provisions, and after making such study has found that it would be in the best in- terest that a part of said Ordinance No. 10, 1976, be repealed in that it is unnecessary to provide for a no parking zone on any por- tion, including the exterior of the cul-de-sac at the termination of FairwQod Court. That the no parking provision, however, on the west right-of-way of Fairwood Court from its beginning point on Fair- lane to the beginning of the cul-de-sac, shall remain in full force and effect. NOW, THEREFORE, BY THE POWERS VESTED IN SAID BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA, BY THE ACTS OF THE STATE OF INDIANA (Acts 1969, Ch. 252, and all Amendments thereto), THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA, THAT A PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 10, 1976, PASSED ON THE 16th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1976, BE, AND THE SAME IS HEREBY 11
