I , 1976 AN ORDINANCE INCREASING GRAVE OPEHING ClJAECE,S AT THE MOORESVILLE TOvrr¡ CE~ŒTERY BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the 70wn of c Mooresville, Indiana, that: \~E;ŒAS, there are insufficient funds to provide for the proper and orderly maintenance of the Mooresville Town Cemetery, by reason of continued increases in expenses, and ,mI:REAS, the Boù.rd of Trustees of the Town of !.'!ooresville have determined t~at in an effort to meet in part the continued increased expenses of æaintaining the cemetery, that the grave opening charges s;'lould be increased from the current charge of Seventy'-five Dollars ($75.00), to One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), ,Jm), THEREFOJŒ, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trus'tees t):F the 1'OvTn of ,'looresville, IndLina, that whereas an emergency exists, e~fective March 17, 1976, the grave opening charges shall be in the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). That said grave openinc, charges shall be assessed and collected at the time a lot is sohc. til!:IèREAS, an emergency exists and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, acted favorably upon this reco~endation at its regular meeting on March 16, 1976, the same is declared to be in full force and effect as of March 17, 1976.
