ORDINANCE NO. .. , 1975 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING AREA ON MEMORIAL DRIVE ill~D PROVISIOn FOR A LOADING AND UNLOADING ZONE ON SlI_ID Mm,1ORIAL DRIVE IN THE TOvm OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDI~NA BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that '-- By the powers vested in the Board of Trustees of said Town of Mooresville, Indiana, by the Acts of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, it is hereby ORDERED and ORDAINED that whereas it is necessary to regulate and control the flow of traffic in the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, by establishing a No Parking Zone on the north and south sides of Memorial Drive from the intersection of said t1emorial Drive with I"lonroe Street to the termina- tion of Memorial Drive to the west corporate limits of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, it is hereby ORDERED and ORDAINED that an ordinance be adopted prohibiting parking in said area on the north and ~_!4sides of Memorial Drive, reserving a loading and unloading zone in a part of an area on the north side of Memorial Drive, as shall be more fully set out below. SECTION I: BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND ORDAINED that for the control and regulation of the flow of traffic in the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that on the north and south sides or right-of-way of Memorial Drive from the intersection of said Memorial Drive with Monroe Street to the termination of Memorial Drive to the west cor- porate limits of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, be, and hereby is established as a No Parking Zone and that no parking shall be permitted -- at any time a't and along said area on the north or south sides of said Memorial Drive, with the exception of an area hereinafter defined which shall be limited use for a loading and unloading zone.
