<br />- <br /> <br />:I... , <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ , 1975 <br /> <br />'~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A RESTRICTED PARKING AREA ON EAST AND <br />WEST SIDE OF NORTH INDIANA STREET FROM MAIN STREET TO WASHINGTON <br />STREET IN THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA AND PROVIDING FOR A <br />PROVISION FOR REMOVAL OF ANY MOTOR VEHICHLE VIOLATING SUCH RESTR C- <br />TED TIME LIMITATIONS, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDIANED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana, that: <br /> <br />By the powers vested in said Board of Trustees of the Town <br /> <br />of Mooresville, Indiana, by the acts of the General Assembly of <br /> <br />,~ <br /> <br />the State of Indiana, it is hereby ORDERED and ORDAINED that <br /> <br />whereas it is necessary to restrict and limit by time, <br /> <br />parking <br /> <br />on the East and West side of North Indiana Street from the <br /> <br />intersection of North Indiana Street with East and West Main <br /> <br />Street to the intersection of North Indiana Street with East and <br /> <br />West Washington Street, it is hereby ORDERED and ORDAINED that <br /> <br />an ordinance be adopted establishing a restricted time limit <br /> <br />parking zone on and along the East and West side of North Indian <br /> <br />Street, on and along said designated area in the Town of Moores- <br /> <br />viI Ie, Indiana. <br /> <br />SECTION I: <br /> <br />Be it hereby ORDERED that a time restrictive parking <br /> <br />zone be established on the East and West sides of North Indiana <br /> <br />Street from the intersection of North Indiana Street with East <br /> <br />and West Main Street, North along the East and West sides of <br /> <br />North Indiana Street right of way to the interesection of North <br /> <br />Indiana Street with East and West Washington Street and it is <br /> <br />further ORDERED and ORDAINED that any motor vehicle parked <br /> <br />in said restrictive time limit zone shall be limited to a two <br /> <br />(2) hour parking period from 9:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. Monday <br /> <br />through Saturday of each week, <br /> <br />SECT ION I I. <br /> <br />Any motor vehicle which shall violate the said restrictive <br /> <br />parking zone in and along said restrictive areas may be removed <br /> <br />and towed away by the Mooresville Town Marshall or any Deputy <br /> <br />Marshall of the Mooresville Police Department by a commercial <br /> <br />. towing service. <br /> <br />Be it further ORDAINED and ORDERED by the Board of Trustees <br /> <br />of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that any such vehicle as <br /> <br />shall be towed away for violation of the restrictive parking <br /> <br />, <br />L. <br />
