<br />1r{~ <br />,,~~fJ <br />Iþ<"", t <br /> <br />r.· <br /> <br />r <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />r <br />-Co <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />;': <br />" <br />L <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />/7 -19.59 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS <br />TERRITORY TO THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the territory hereinafter described is contiguous <br />to the Town of Mooresville, but presently lies outside of said <br />town in Brown Township, Morgan Count,., Indiana; and <br />WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of the Town and of the <br />territory hereinafter described, that the same be annexed, that <br />said area is urban in character and is an economic and social <br /> <br />part of the Town of Mooresville, that the Town of Mooresville <br />is financially able to provide municipal services to the annexed <br />area within the reasonably near future, that the area here1natter <br />described is needed for the development of the Town of Moores- <br />ville in the reasonably near future, and that the territo!7 here- <br />inafter described is contiguous to the Town of Mooresville and <br /> <br />the lines of annexation are so drawn as to form a compact area <br /> <br />abutting said Town; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br /> <br />Hooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that: <br /> <br />Section 1.
