I� ORDINANCE S3 TOWN OF MOORESVn -T-R Zq NO, , 1953 Be It Ordained by the Board of Trustees of the frown of vide, Morgan County, Indianai Section I Whereas, police officers and employees of said town have elected to take and accept the benefit of the provisions of F.I.C. and whereas, the Board of Trustees of said town have, by ordinance heretofore enacted, joined with such employees as an employer and therefore required to contribute funds equal to that contributed by the employees, and whereas, no funds or appropriation for the current fiscal year existed at the time and such payments on be- half of said town of Mooresville were made from Item 1 -13 of the General Funds of said town in the amount of 4122.29; and Whereas, the funds due from said town for said year amount to the sum of $187.07 and whereas, there is in the established budget of said town for the fiscal year a Contingency Fund. Section II Be it therefore ordained that to provide funds for the con- tributions required on behalf of said town to F.I.C.A. there be appropriated from said Contingency Funds on account thereof, the sum of 0187.07. Be it further ordained that of said funds so appropriated, there be transferred to the General Fund No. 1 -13, the sum of 0122.29 to reimburse said fund on account of payments heretofore Imade to F.I.C.A. Be it further ordained that said Clerk- Treasurer be author- lized to record the transfer and appropriations herein ordered by appropriate entry upon the public records of said town.
