MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met in a specially called session
on Wednesday the 28th day of July, 1982 at 7:00 o'clock P.M. at the Mooresville
Town Hall. Present were Board Members Paul Walters, Steve Oshman, Ray House,
Wendell Thaler, and Warren Franklin. The Board's Attorney Tim Currens was also
present. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Paul Walters and minutes of
the last meeting were read and approved.

The Board proceeded to the first order of business which was a petition
for a variance filed by Paul Mynatt, Frederick and Vickie Sparks. After determining
that there was a quorum present and being advised by the Board Attorney that all the
notices were made and proper publication had been provided Sam Korn the attorney for
the petitioners proceeded with a presentation. First to speak was William Cox who resides at
1530 Hadley Road, Mooresville, Indiana. Mr. Cox wanted to know the exact location
of the mobile home on the property and the Board reviewed the diagrams provided by
the petitioners with all parties present. Next to speak was Mr. Horace Crafton
who resides at 1420 Hadley Road. He was present along with his spouse and had a
question on the length of the variance. He was requesting that the variance be
limited or some restrictions made to insure property values of the surrounding owners.
He stated that he was not objecting to the variance only to the length of it.

Chairman Walters then entertained a motion from the Board which was made by
Board Member Wendell Thaler to grant the variance for a mobile home on the property
in question subject to the following restrictions:
