WHEREAS, employees are added by the Town of Mooresville and <br />existing employees can be added at the election of the Town <br />Council to the list of covered employees of the Public Employees' <br /> <br />Retirement Fund by Resolution including elected positions; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresviile believes that it is prudent <br />for its Economic Development A~inistration Assistant; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the <br />Civil Town of Mooresville in Morgan County, Indiana: <br /> <br /> SECTION I: The Town amends Appendix A of the Resolution to <br />join the Public Employees' Retirement Fund executed October 30, <br />1995 to add the following positions: Economic Development <br />Administration Assistant. <br /> <br /> SECTION II: That the following named individual shall <br /> <br />become a participant in the Public Employees' Retirement Fund as <br />an employee of the Town of Mooresvi!le: Jeff Pipkin. <br /> <br /> SECTION III: That the position set out above shall be added <br /> <br />to the original Appendix A and be declared to be covered by the <br />Public Employees' ReTirement Fund. <br /> <br /> SECTION IV: The Town of Mooresville shall pay the legally <br />required percentage of gross annual payroll of said covered <br /> <br /> employee <br /> <br />employees and other initial expenses for enrolling this <br />into the Public Employees' Retirement Fund. <br /> <br /> SECTION V: it is hereby declared that none of <br />classifications or oositions specified in this Resolution <br />compensated on a fee basis cr of an emergency nature, or <br />part-nime category. <br /> <br /> the <br /> <br /> are <br /> <br />in a <br /> <br /> <br />
