If! v 7¿;¡)Y <br /> <br />FR>< HD. <br /> <br />BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />UPON THE APPLICATION OF: Grace MissIonary Church <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN <br />THE JURISDICTION OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held the 26'" day of August. 2004, with notice given as <br />required by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of Grace Missionary Church, for the <br />rezoning of the real property described on the attached EXHIBIT' A'. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission made a <br />favorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for said rezoning request from <br />Agriculture to B-3. <br /> <br />NOW WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent review of the matters <br />pertaining to rezonií1g of the above described land at a public meeting held on the 21 ,t day of <br />September 2004 find that the requested zoning classification is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification of B-3 shall hereinafter <br />apply to the above-described real property and the Zoning Ordinance of Mooresville.
