Indiana Street <br />Mooresville, Indiana <br /> <br />46158 <br /> <br />Re: Variance application of Hoosier Water Company, Inc. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Mills: <br /> <br />This is to advise you of the findings of the Mooresville Board of Zoning <br />Appeals in reference to your petition for a variance as a special exception <br />of the zoning regulations of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana for the Hoosier <br />Water Company, Inc. At the meeting of October 20, 1982 the Board granted the <br />variance allowing Hoosier Water Company to use the property located on the one <br />acre tract of real estate on the south side of State Road 144 east of Johnson <br />Road for the purpose of constructing and placing a water storage tank on said <br />real estate subject to the following restrictions: <br /> <br />1. That adequate fencing be placed around the storage tank. <br />2. That the property be landscaped in a reasonable manner, <br /> said landscaping to include some shrubs. <br />3. That the property be properly maintained including the <br /> grounds and storage tank itself. <br /> <br />This variance is granted to your client and will terminate at the sale <br />of the property or at any time there is a change in ownership.
